CANCELLATION POLICY
Respecting your time—and mine—is essential to keeping things running smoothly. ✦ Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 75% of the service total. ✦ Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. ✦ No call / no shows will be charged in full and will result in being blocked from future bookings. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. I appreciate your understanding and respect for the time and care I put into every appointment.
